To ensure a convenient visit to our service department, please bring a valid proof of insurance card with you so that we may expedite the alternate transportation process!

Customers with vehicles under BMW factory warranty will receive a Cunningham BMW courtesy vehicle as availability permits. If a courtesy BMW is not available, we will provide an Enterprise Rent-a-Car, mid to full size sedan, for the first day, and will contribute $10 per day for the second and third days of your rental. We will make every attempt to provide you with a BMW courtesy vehicle if the repairs to your vehicle exceed three days.

Customers with vehicles out of BMW factory warranty or customers paying for vehicle repairs which are not covered under BMW factory warranty will receive complimentary transportation for 24 hours when the following services are requested: BMW inspection I or II, complete front and rear brakes, vehicle programming, strut replacement, sunroof cassette replacement, transmission replacement, clutch replacement, windshield replacement or any Cunningham BMW Spa services. Appointments are required for all services. If you are unable to schedule an appointment due to an emergency situation, we will make every effort to secure you alternate transportation.

Shuttle service is also available for waiter repair services or for our customers who would prefer to not use a BMW courtesy vehicle or Enterprise rental.

Cunningham BMW courtesy vehicles require all drivers to be at least 21 years of age with full coverage insurance and a valid major credit card. Vehicles are not available for use outside of San Diego County and we request that you please do not smoke in a courtesy vehicle. A $20 fuel and cleaning fee is required which will cover any used fuel and cleaning of the vehicle after its use. Any customer who does not return a BMW courtesy vehicle within 24 hours of the completion of their vehicle, will be charged $80 per day, for each day thereafter.
